Shipping policy

What are your standard shipping & handling rates?
We ship via UPS and USPS. Your rate will be automatically calculated based on the size and weight of your order, as well as its destination.

How can I track my package?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking information.
 

What is your returns & exchanges policy?
We are happy to accept returns for a full refund on all unused, unworn, or otherwise undamaged items within 7 days of delivery*. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping charges. Please email treeforttoyshop@gmail.com to alert us that you intend to initiate a return. Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels. All sales are considered final 7 days after delivery.

Kindly pack the item(s) in the same condition that you received them, with all original hangtags attached, and with their original packaging. Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item(s). 

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the client at their cost. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days once we have received your return to see the refund reflected on your statement.

Please note that all sale items are non-refundable.

Do you ship internationally? 

We do not currently accept international orders.
